SPECIAL MEETING OF DIRECTORS OF ROTARY CLUB OF HASTINGS HELD AT H.B. FARMERS’ TEAROOMS ON TUESDAY 25 MARCH AT 1.50 P.M.
PRESENT: President Bryce Jones, Jim Redgrave, Colin Young, Max Luttrell, Frank Crist.
BUSINESS: After some discussion it was MOVED Bryce/Jack “That in place of the Whakatu Town and Country Forum, there be a meeting with Chinese Community at Waikoko Gardens on Tuesday Evening, 22 April, instead of the usual Luncheon Meeting” PASSED
N.B. The detailed arrangements will be handled by Laurie Lloyd and the Community Service Committee.
THE MEETING CLOSED at 1.55 P.M.
