MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE HASTINGS ROTARY CLUB HELD IN THE H.B. FARMERS TEAROOMS ON TUESDAY 16 DECEMBER AT 12.30 P.M.
PRESENT: President Jim Redgrave and 81 members.
BUSINESS: After a brief announcement and some discussion, the following resolutions were passed concerning the Officers for the 1976-77 Rotary Year.
1. President – It was Moved Brian Campbell/Jack Cooper “That Peter Single be nominated as President” Passed.
2. Vice-President – It was Moved Peter Single/Max Luttrell “That Don Patterson be Vice-President” Passed
3. Directors – It was Moved Max Luttrell/John McCormick “That Pat Chamberlain, Jack Dallimore and Jim Harvey be the Directors” Passed.
4. Secretary – It was Moved Ted Tucker/Jack Dallimore “That Frank Crist be Secretary” Passed
5. Treasurer – It was Moved Bill Langford/Cliff Cox “That Colin Young be Treasurer” Passed.
Meeting closed at 1.45 p.m.
