MINUTES OF A “CLUB DAY” MEETING OF THE HASTINGS ROTARY CLUB HELD IN THE H.B. FARMERS TEAROOMS AT 12.30P.M. ON TUESDAY 25 JANUARY.
PRESENT: President Peter Single and 63 members.
BUSINESS: A consideration of the of the Club, with an explanation of rising costs and the elucidation of questions posed to him, by Treasurer Colin Young, resulted In the following resolution being MOVED by Don Patterson/Pat Chamberlain: –
“That the subscription of the Hastings Rotary Club be raised to $42.50 per year (inclusive of $5.00 to Project Fund) and that the subscription be paid annually” Passed Unanimously.
The meeting closed at 1.45 p.m.
