MINUTES OF MEETING OF DIRECTORS OF HASTINGS ROTARY CLUB HELD IN THE OFFICE OF RON HENDRY AT 5.15P.M. ON WEDNESDAY 21 JUNE.

PRESENT:   President Elect Roger Bate, Ron Hendry, Bryce Jones, Lionel Wainscott, Neil Donaldson, Don Patterson, Frank Darroch, John Eddington, Bill Pascoe, Frank Crist.

CORRESPONDENCE:

1.   Secretary to send invitations to Change-over to incoming Presidents of Stortford Lodge, Havelock North and Karamu Clubs.
2.   Notifications of the date of our Change-over to Napier Clubs.
3.   Photocopies to each Chairman, of R.I. Pamphlet concerning literature available.
