MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE HASTINGS ROTARY CLUB HELD AT THE
H.B. FARMERS’ TEAROOMS ON 4 JULY 1978 AT 12.30 P.M.
PRESENT: President Roger Bate and 84 Members.
BUSINESS: Re-election of Honorary Members.
After some discussion, it was Moved Roger/Don “That the Club approve Honorary Membership during the Rotary Year, 1 July 1978 – 30 June 1979, for the following:-
Eric Phillips
Don Wilson
Bill Patterson
Alex Mitchell
Sam Rangiihu.”
Unanimously Passed (with acclamation).
Secretary to inform those members concerned, by letter.
MEETING CLOSED at 1.50p.m.
