MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF DIRECTORS OF THE ROTARY CLUB OF HASTINGS, AT LUNCHEON MEETING OF ROTARY AT THE MASONIC HALL
TUESDAY 18 JUNE, 1985

Present:   President John Mills, Colin Young, Derek Burns, Murray Keane, Sandy Struthers, Bob Fish, David Harris

Business:   Moved – Sandy Struthers
Seconded – David Harris

That resignations be received with regret from Graeme Glass, Jim Redgrave and Dennis Packer and that a letter be sent to each and in the case of Jim thanks be expressed for his donation to the Club’s Charitable Trust Fund.

Seconded – Murray Keane

That Leave of Absence be granted to:
Gordon Morley   )   On medical grounds until they recover
Gary Pike   )

Max Luttrell – 3 weeks
Bob Fish – 4 weeks
Hans Andersen – from Aug. – Oct.  1985

Moved – John Mills
Seconded   – Colin Young

That $100 be made available from Club funds to offset costs for change over.
