MINUTES OF CLUB SERVICE COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON 4TH AUGUST 1986 IN THE FUNCTION ROOMS, TWIN CITY MOTORS

PRESENT   Derek Burns, Alan Walker, Gordon Lee, Dick Spence, Brian Gurney, Ted Tucker, Norman Lowe, President Robbie Robson, Bill Langford, Cyril Wilkie, Terry Coxon,

Sandy Struthers, Graeme Clarke, Secretary Frank Crist, Vice President Rod Naylor.

APOLOGIES   Jim Hurford, Neil Mosley, Don Patterson, Hans Andersen, Gordon Morley, John Mullaney [Mullany], Colin Young.

GENERAL BUSINESS

Classifications
Club Membership holding up well – the general thought of the meeting was quality rather than quantity.    Frank Crist suggested the opening up of six classifications.

Programme Committee
Each Club Committee is to be asked to provide two speakers during the year.

Club Banners
President Robbie reported a shortage of Club Banners. An approach will be made to Keith Brazier.

Arthritis Appeal
Discussed by Committee, but as there was not sufficient information given to Club, the matter is to be forwarded to Directors Meeting for further discussion.

Meeting Times
It was suggested by Frank Crist that there be two more 5.15 meetings and then review the situation.

Meeting Closed 6.15 p.m.
