COMBINED ROTARY BALL

Dear President and Members

For some time now we have been concerned that fellowship between clubs in our immediate areas has not been promoted in line with Rotary principles, and in an effort to improve we have made tentative arrangements to hold a Ball in the War Memorial Hall, Napier, on Friday 6th October 1978.

We can assure your members and wives of a very excellent night of fun and fellowship where we have engaged a top class band, first class caterers plus bar facilities.

A double ticket will cost $25.00.

Any profit from this evening would be donated to a worthwhile local need as a combined Rotary Clubs’ gift.

Before completing final arrangements, we would like to know what support might be forthcoming from fellow clubs, so ask that you please complete the tear off portion and return as soon as possible.
