Newspaper Article 1900 – Frivolity Minstrels

As a result of the recent entertainment by the Frivolity Minstrels in the Theatre Royal the sum of £54 12s 5d has been handed to the treasurer of the Children’s Home. The committee of that institution desire to most heartily thank the Frivolity Company for their handsome contribution to their funds, and also to acknowledge their indebtedness to Mr J. Vigor Brown for the use of the theatre, to Mr E. W. Knowles and P. Dinwiddie, G. Rymer and J. T. Harvey for their liberal assistance, and to the doorkeepers, money-takers, and other helpers.
