HAWKE’S BAY STUDIES: On the left, Mrs. E. F. Harvie, of Hastings, is photographed in happy mood with her small daughter, Avianne Jennifer, just five months and a-half old when photographed. Before her marriage Mrs. Harvie was Miss Hilda Sherriff, of Gisborne. Her husband is instructor to the Hawke’s Bay and East Coast Aero Club. [photo not shown]

On the right: Mrs. Stratford Canning and her baby son, Richard, are the daughter and grandson of Mrs. C. F. Pollock (who was one of the Ewen family, Wellington) and they live on Bluff Hill, Napier. Mrs. Pollock has been visiting England with her sister, Mrs. T. A. Hunter, Heretaunga, and they sailed on January 28 on their return to New Zealand. – Deighton Studios.
