Mrs C. Anderson

Mrs Ann Davidson Anderson, formerly a committee member of the women’s section of the Hastings RSA, died in Hastings on Saturday [18 September] . She was 48.

Mrs Anderson was born and educated in Aberdeen, Scotland. She was a women’s hairdresser there.

In 1944, she married Mr Cecil Anderson, who was then serving in the Royal Air Force in Britain. They came to New Zealand in 1945.

Mrs Anderson was an active member of the British Women’s Overseas Club.

She is survived by her husband and her only son, Stuart.
