Newspaper Article 2015 – School cookbook class offering

School cookbook class offering

A glitzy new cookbook was launched by Te Mata School in Havelock North last night.

Ola Roberts (left), board of trustees chairwoman; Sally Duncan, Fiona Charlton and Melissa Holm, from the home and school committee, and principal Mike Bain are pictured admiring the book, Te Mata Feast.

The Te Mata School community produced the book, packed with recipes. The event was held at Off the Track restaurant.

The book will be available at the school and various retailers in the Havelock North village.

It contains recipes for brunches, lunches, desserts, baking, vegetarian options, quick meals, snacks and main meals.
