Ex-pupils back to school for centenary celebration

Sherenden and Districts School, founded in 1916, celebrated its centenary on Saturday. One hundred and fifty past and present pupils, families and friends gathered at the school for an afternoon of tree planting, cake cutting and mural painting. Former pupil and Board of Trustee member Andy Coltart and former school principal Evan Robson gave speeches.
