Hawke’s Bay Boys Fly Direct to Christ’s College

Nine boys from Hawke’s Bay are currently boarding at Christ’s College, Canterbury. With diverse talents and interests from academics to the arts and sport, all are enjoying College and making the most of their time.

Not only do we provide an exceptional secondary school education, our unique Boarding Programme keeps the boys busy and active during the weekends. Throughout the year, choices range from skiing, rock climbing and wind surfing, to being able to take courses such as the Padi Open Water Diver Certificate.

Being part of a boarding house allows bonding between the different year groups and working together as a community helps boys to success. Boys get to establish and maintain positive relationships with a range of people. Many of them say that their favourite things about boarding at College are “having all these opportunities and my friends around me every day”.
