Newspaper Article – Macleod Family

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Macleod are having a motor trip through the North Island. Since Mr. Macleod’s retirement from the Bank of Australasia, in Wellington, he and his wife have been staying in Gisborne, with Mrs. Macleod’s father, Mr. Sherratt. They motored to Rotorua for a few days last week, and they are now staying in Tauranga before proceeding to Lake Rotoiti for some fishing. Mr. and Mrs. Macleod also paid a brief visit to Hastings, where they attended the races two days, and they were also present at the christening party of Mrs. Macleod’s baby grandson, Peter Richard, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Pattullo. The baby’s other grandmother, Mrs. Oswald Nelson, was also at the little party.
