D. Atkinson, captain of the West Indies cricket team, yesterday listed the most prominent cricketers he had seen on the tour in New Zealand.

Those he named are J. D. Capstick (Canterbury), W. Haskell (Wellington), L. Totty (Hawke’s Bay), P. Bloomfield (Nelson), S. Cameron (Otago) and B. Bolton (Canterbury).
