Newspaper Article – Tree Planting

Members of the Second Hastings Company of the Girls’ Brigade, with Captain M. Mildenhall, planted three wintersweet shrubs in the scented garden for the blind, Fantasyland, on Saturday. The planting was one of several to mark the golden jubilee of the movement in New Zealand.
