NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
(Pursuant to Rule 10(b) of the Club’s Rules)
(“the Rules”)
1. The Committee of the Club has called a Special General Meeting of the Club on its own motion.
2. The subject matter to be discussed at the meeting is the future of the Club.
3. The meeting shall be held at the County Club building, Queen Street, Hastings at 5.30 pm on Wednesday the 20th day of April 2011.

As of Monday the 25th of April 2011 the Club rooms will no longer be open on Mondays.
