PATRICK, Earl Leonard (Tubby).
Aged 60 years.
On September 4, 1997, peacefully at Cranford Hospice surrounded by his family, dearly loved father and father-in-law of Tracey and late Ric Phillips, Leanne and Brent Wilkins, Kathryn and Peter Carr, Christopher and the late Linda, loved Grandad of Justin and Lauren Wilkins.
Service will be held at St Lukes Church, Havelock North, on Monday September 9, 1997 at 11am.
Private cremation to follow.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Cranford Hospice at the service or posted to P O Box 8119, Havelock North would be appreciated.
