Peacock, Walter Elliott Death Notice 2024

PEACOCK, Walter Elliott.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Walter Elliott Peacock, born on 22 April 1945, passed on 4 October 2024, and lived in Waipukurau all his life.
Elliott an avid tennis player, will be long remembered in the history of Waipukurau Tennis.
His passion for travel took him all over the world and his love of community will be missed.
Beloved husband to Jeannie he will be deeply missed by his family, Richard and Meg, Rachael and Geoff, Hamish and Mel.
Elliott was also a cherished grandfather to Maggie, Sam, Skyla, Lochie, Alice, Oscar and Max.
His presence in our lives was a gift, and he will be remembered with love and gratitude.
A memorial service will be held at the Waipukurau Golf Club, Friday 25th October at 11am.
In lieu of flowers donations to Cranford Hospice would be appreciated.
These may be left at the service or online at cranfordhospice.[org].nz.
