WANTED A PIANO

The Frivolity Minstrels in the fire of 1931 lost a piano which had been placed at their disposal for many years. For the last two years they have been able to continue, thanks to the kindness of Mrs McKechnie, who allowed them to rehearse at her residence, and during the last season, Mr J. C. Bryant for the use of the Trocadero room and piano. Shortly the Company will be accommodated in the Napier Thirty Thousand Club’s new offices, Market Street, and a piano is an urgent necessity. The “Frivs” have no funds, all moneys raised go to charities and deserving objects. If any Wellwisher has a piano that is not used, the Frivs would be grateful if it was placed at their disposal. It will be kept in tune and insured against fire. Only one piano is required, who will make the first offer?

THANKS. – The Management is indebted to A. Stanley Warwick, Esq., for use of curtain and accessories and to the many willing helpers, both stage and front staff, who have given their services free.
