The above trains will stop at intermediate stations, if required.

All trains, except Nos. 462 and 645, will, if required, stop at Hastings Racecourse for passengers.

No. 659 train will cross B6 special at Hastings.

B1, B2, B4 and B6 specials must be pushed cautiously between Hastings and Hastings Racecourse.

No. 662 train will clear Pukehou Siding in readiness for trains crossing on 23rd October.

S.M., Hastings, will provide a Ticket Clerk for issuing P/9 tickets at Paki Paki for Nos. 642 and 650 trains.

Tablet at Hastings Racecourse will be switched “In” at 9.45   and “Out” after clearing No. 663 train.

Holders of Ordinary or Holiday Excursion Tickets will be allowed to break journey at Hastings Racecourse.

Mr. A. Watson, Traffic Inspector, Wellington, will act as Officer-in-Charge at Hastings Racecourse.

HOLIDAY EXCURSION FARES.

Holiday Excursion Tickets to Hastings and Napier, available for return up to and including 29th October, 1913, will be obtainable as under: –

From Wanganui, Taihape, Bunnythorpe, and intermediate stations; from Foxton, Awapuni, and intermediate stations; and from Wellington (Lambton), Greytown, Ngawapurua, and intermediate stations; also Wellington (Thorndon), and Johnsonville.
On 20th and 21st OCTOBER.

(These tickets will be available for break of journey at any station at which the train is timed to stop over 25 miles from issuing station, and at Hastings Racecourse Platform.)

From Palmerston North, Paki Paki, and intermediate stations – On 21st, 22nd, and 23rd October

NOTE. – On 23rd October, these tickets will be issued only by the morning trains. They will be available for break of journey only at Hastings Racecourse or Hastings.

DAY EXCURSION FARES.

Special Tickets to Hastings Racecourse (Show Grounds), available for return on date of issue only, will be obtainable as under: –

ON WEDNESDAY, 22nd OCTOBER –
From Napier and Awatoto   First-class, 3/-; Second-class, 2/3.
From Farndon   First-class, 2/8; Second-class, 2/-
(Including admission to Show Grounds).

These tickets will be available only by the trains leaving Napier at 9.25, 11.20 a.m., and 1.30 p.m. ; Hastings Racecourse at 5.0 p.m. ; and Hastings at 5.9, 7.5, and 9.20 p.m.

ON THURSDAY, 23rd OCTOBER –
From Napier and Awatoto   Carriages, 3/-; Seated Wagons, 2/3.
From Farndon   Carriages, 2/8; Seated Wagons, 2/-
(Including admission to Show Grounds).

These tickets will be available by all trains except the Mail trains (Napier dep. 8.45 a.m., Hastings dep. 6.48 p.m.)
