Re: Town Planning consent from Hawke’s Bay County Council

We enclose herewith two copies of the Town Planning consent granted by the Hawke’s Bay County Council. We suggest you retain one copy, and that you give one copy to Mr. Scott. We have also retained a number of other copies of this consent should these be necessary at any later stage, for instance, in connection with a mortgage application.

We will contact you when the purchase of the land from D.P. Joll Limited is about to be settled.
