Richard Nelson Engagement
Miss Barbara Skeet, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H G. Skeet, sprang a pleasant surprise on her friends recently when she announced her engagement to Mr. Richard Nelson, elder son of Mr. and Mrs. O. Nelson, Hastings. Miss Skeet, who has been Karitane nursing in the Hawke’s Bay district, arrived with her fiance last week to visit her parents and has now tripped on to stay at Hastings.
