BRITISH WOMEN’S OVERSEAS CLUB.

RULES.

1.   That this Club will be know as The British Women’s Overseas Club.

2.   That all British Women born overseas are eligible for Membership.

3.   That the Subscription be 2/6 annually.

4.   That each Member shall take her turn as Hostess with other members of her group from that part of Great Britain to which she belongs.

5. That each group shall be entirely responsible for dispensing tea and clearing away, leaving all tidy, on the day they are Hostesses.

6.   That all Members shall welcome and introduce newcomers.

7.   That each Member, after attending her first Meeting, shall bring a small plate of eatables and pay 3d. for her tea.

AIMS OF THE BRITISH WOMEN’S OVERSEAS CLUB

To welcome our countrywomen from Overseas and show friendliness and hospitality to them. To help and advise if necessary, and to show kindness, especially in times of trouble and illness.
