SIMMONS, Wallace.
February 11, 2011 – Waiapu House, in his 95th year.
Dearly devoted husband of the late Betty.
Loved son of the late Walter and Jessie Simmons (Dannevirke).
Beloved father and father-in-law of Jocelyn and Tim Williams, Beverley and the late Malcolm McWhinnie, and Gillian and Michael Stott.
Proud and loving Granddad, Grandy and Big Manny of Jonathan and David Williams and Caroline Greenwood; Stephanie Jacob and McWhinnie-Wong, Hamish McWhinie, Matthew and Reagan Stott, Christopher and Sarah Stott, Anna Stott; Phillipa and Scott Greenwood; April Phelps; Theoh and Xantheh McWhinnie-Wong.
According to Wallace’s wishes a private family funeral has been held on Tuesday, February 15.
Grateful thanks for wonderful care to staff at Summerset and Waiapu House.
