The Secretary,
Hastings Rotary Club,
P.O. Box 752,
HASTINGS.

Dear Sir,

re: Hastings Rotary Jubilee Trust

We are glad to advise that the Bank of New Zealand has agreed to assist the Trust with advances up to $15,000.00 to enable the Club to pay for the new spec house in Lorne Crescent in progress payments as required by the builder.

We attach Application Form and Term Loan Offer and Acceptance. After perusal both require completion by the Trustees of the Trust, Messrs J. B. Jones and J.B. McCormick and Dr D.H.C. Davidson. With Mr Jones overseas we think the other two signatures will suffice.

It is vital that the Club has available to it by way of loan from its members $15,000.00 in cash to enable the Trustees to discharge their debt to the bank if a sale of the property has not been accomplished and settled by mid-December 1975 as the Bank has made it clear that this Term Loan assistance must be cleared by then, and we have undertaken on behalf of the Club that this will be accomplished.

Yours faithfully,
SIMPSON BATE & PARTNERS.
