STORKEY, The Reverend Douglas William M.A.
On January 7, 2003 at Longview, Tawa.
Aged 85.
Beloved son of the late William and Margaret.
Twin of the late Geoffrey, and dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of Margaret and Jim Robb (Tawa, Wellington).
Much loved and special uncle, great-uncle and great-great-uncle of Murray and Elizabeth and Wayne (Motueka), Alan and Yvonne (Gisborne) and Jenny (Raumati) and their families.
Friend, encourager, comforter and inspirer of all those to whom he has ministered.
Doug and his family are grateful for the loving care of all the staff at Longview.
A donation to the Royal NZ Foundation For The Blind Talking Books Service, P O Box 27-177, Wellington would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
A service to celebrate Doug’s life will be held at St Stephen’s Church, Elena Place, Tawa at 11am, on Friday, January 10, 2003 and a private cremation to follow.
