Dear Sweetheart

I have been down at the house playing bridge all the evening it is the only amusement here at night. Tuesday afternoon I went for a ride on the manager’s pony feel very stiff today it was the first time I had been on a horse for years. I stopped at his place for dinner that night and spent the evening there. Last night I wrote a letter to Doris Pule? and one to Perce have not heard from home for sometime. It has been a glorious day here today but fairly cold tonight. Love from Harold
