100 YEARS

1897 – 1997

Dear Past Pupil, Staff & Committee Member …

There are less than six months remaining until our

BIG WEEKEND

and the response to date is excellent. More registrations are needed from ex staff and the younger generation – those from the 1970/1980 decades, so, if you know anyone who fits into either of these categories, please urge them to register fast.

To date, ex pupils living in Canada, Charles Street, USA, Bay View, Australia and Meeanee Quay are lining up so an exciting time catching up with old friends and classmates is guaranteed.

Functions Schedule:

Included overleaf is the functions schedule for your completion and return with payment. If you wish to spread payments for cash flow purposes, please forward same as several post-dated cheques. We do, however, ask that all cheques be dated prior to our

cut off date – 2 August 1997

and are enclosed with the booking form.

Thank you for your registration fee, which has covered administration costs.

CENTENNIAL BOOK:

Photos for display at school have been promised, so forward these, or bring them along with you. We also need snippets and anecdotes for inclusion in our Centennial Book. We’re sure you can remember lots of funny (and not so funny at the time!) happenings that occurred at school, so any old newsletters, sports days, (playing rugby in bare feet on the dirt playground, – no grass in those days), school plays, assemblies, trips – any information will be gratefully received and cared for on your behalf.

Looking forward to hearing from you – get your booking forms returned. There will be limited numbers for the Saturday evening venue so be in quickly to ensure a place.

Have a good year and work on those memories!!!
