GENERAL DESCRIPTION.
“Karamu” property is most conveniently situated 2 miles from Hastings Railway Station, 1 mile from the Stortford Lodge Saleyards and 3 miles from Tomoana Freezing Works. It consists of heavy, flat land eminently adapted for Dairying, Mixed Farming or Fruit Culture. The sub-divisions are either wholly or partly ring fenced and are well watered by artesian wells and springs, while an abundant supply of artesian water may be obtained by boring in any part of the Property.

SPECIAL NOTE. – These lands were ENTIRELY UNAFFECTED by the recent Floods in other parts of the District.

The Buildings on Lot 13 will be be sold separately for Removal.

TERMS OF PAYMENT.
For Lots 6 (Homestead Block) and 14 (with Cottage and Stables thereon) :-
10 Per Cent. at time of Sale.
40 Per Cent. in one month when Possession will be given.
Balance in 5 years at 5 per cent.

For the Remainder of the Property
THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONALLY EASY TERMS will be given, viz:-
10 Per Cent. at time of Sale.
All Unpaid Purchase Money to bear Interest at the rate of 5 per cent., payable Half Yearly.
On each Half Yearly Interest Date an Instalment of 2½ per cent. of the Purchase Money is to be paid.
Balance of Purchase Money to be paid in 5 years from the date of Sale.
Possession will be given within one month.
