GENERAL DESCRIPTION.

The property is most conveniently situated 2 miles from Hastings Railway Station, 1 mile from Stortford Lodge Saleyards, and 3 miles from Tomoana Freezing Works. It consists of heavy flat land eminently adapted for DAIRYING, MIXED FARMING, or FRUIT CULTURE. Most of the subdivisions are well watered by artesian wells and springs, while an abundant supply of artesian water may be obtained by boring in any part of the property.

Exceptionally Easy Terms of Payment

Each Purchaser will pay a Deposit of 10 per cent. at time of Sale and a further half-yearly payment of 2½ per cent. off the principal for 5 years from date of Sale. Balance of purchase money to be paid in 7 years from date of Sale. All unpaid purchase money from time to time shall bear interest at the rate of 5½ per cent. per annum.
