Enid Warren Copper Company 1905

“The Enid Warren Copper Company.”

It is proposed to continue the Copper Company in aid of funds to provide the poor children from the slums of London (and especially those who are sick or crippled) with a holiday of a day or more in the country during the summer months in England.

In the memory of one of the initiators who has gone to her rest, it will in future be known as “THE ENID WARREN COPPER COMPANY.”

The donations forwarded last year (₤5) to the Fresh Air Fund of the “Girl’s Realm” were much appreciated and were specially applied to some very deserving cases, and further aid is hopefully looked for.

If subscribers will bear in mind the joy their donations will help to insure for the poor children in a great city where so little that is beautiful comes into their lives, it is certain that it will greatly add to their pleasure in giving.

Anyone who would like to continue, or to enrol as a member, will please write to the Hon. Secretary and it is hoped that all members will induce their friends to subscribe “even only a penny” in aid of this good cause.

HILDA M. NELSON,

HON. SECRETARY HAWKE’S BAY BRANCH
