DIXON CUP MATCH PLAYED.

The Woodville holders of the Dixon Cup, Messrs R. Bly, S. Aim, Rev. W. B. Cumming and H. P. Horne (s), received another challenge for the trophy on Saturday afternoon from a Northern rink comprising Messrs R. Moxan, G. Ranson, P. Stuart and H Fenwick. The match resulted in a win for the holders by 36 points to 15. The coveted trophy is at present on display in Messrs Turvey and Offwood’s window.
