Newspaper Article 1969 – Potters’ kiln for Ngatarawa

Potter’s kiln for Ngatarawa

Permission was given by the Hawke’s Bay County Council today for the construction of a pottery workshop kiln shed and potter’s kiln on a rural site at Ngatarawa.

The application, by Mrs E. I. Martin, involved a specified departure from the council’s planning scheme.

The rural character of the area must be maintained and a number of other conditions complied with.
