Newspaper Article – Mrs William Nelson

Mrs. William Nelson, widow of the late Mr. William Nelson, has recently returned from England and has been staying in Taupo and Havelock North since her return. “Waikoko,” where she formerly resided with Mr. Nelson, is looking very beautiful now with its fine trees, lawns and wonderful flowers and lake, and Hawke’s Bay people are hoping to retain these beautiful gardens as a semi-public reserve, as negotiations for the purchase are nearly completed.
