NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT TO SPECIFIED DEPARTURE

Notice is hereby given that application has been made by ESTELLE ISOBEL MARTIN of Hastings for consent to a specified departure from Hawke’s Bay County District Scheme to permit the erection of a Pottery Workshop, Kiln Shed and Potter’s Kiln.

The property is on the south-eastern side of Valentine Road at Ngatarawa and is located in the Rural Zone.

The legal description of the land is all that piece of land containing 10 acres more or less being Lot 9 on Deposited Plan 11871 and being also the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title C3/1498 (Hawke’s Bay Registry).

The application may be examined at the office of the Hawke’s Bay County Council, Browning Street, Napier, during normal office hours and any person or body affected may object to the application by notice in writing delivered to the County Clerk, Hawke’s Bay County Council, P.O. Box 172, Napier, not later than 4pm on Thursday the 27th day of March 1969.

Every objector shall state the grounds of the objection and whether the objector wishes to be heard by the Council in support of his objection.
